Hate to break it to you, but the post is a scam. Never, ever use any link provided by someone doing this kind of thing. Best case, you get some horribly printed shit. More likely, you get nothing. Worst case, it’s a card phishing scam and you not only don’t get the item, but you get your card charged for all kinds of shit.
This was a super common thing on reddit. Some of the subs I modded, it was a daily thing.

Thanks! The Japanese characters refer to the version of the meme that pairs the woman and cat with the sign that could be read as SALE SALE or SASA LELE. The hiragana characters on the image with the woman say “seru seru” and the ones on the cat side say “sasa rere” which is my best stab at recreating the phonetics

In katakana it says:
セルセル on the left (seruseru) ササレレ on the right (sasarere)
but I don’t know what that means. Maybe onomatopoeia for something? (A lot of Japanese onomatopoeia has that kind of repetition – e.g. guruguru for something spinning in circles or pikapika for something sparkling – but I don’t recognize this.)

It’s basically “Don’t dead open inside”. The woman argues it should be read as “sale sale” or seru seru in japanese, while the cat is reading it as “sasa lele” or sasa rere. (I figured this out from other comments)
