The irony
That’s why I much prefer the alternate universe equivalent movie Racacoonie
Sounds like it came direct out of a Boondocks episode.
It’s from Everything Everwhere all at Once

Are rats a common problem for a lot of people?
I get plenty of mice around my place, but I really don’t think I’ve seen a wild rat.
but I really don’t think I’ve seen a wild rat.
That’s because it’s on top of your head where your eyeballs can’t see. Duh.
That actually explains a lot.
It is a problem in some major cities
Suburbs too. In the past five years we’ve seen a huge influx of rats. At one point they pushed out my resident chipmunks and liked to be dicks in my garden.
When they were at their worst and I found out neighbors were using rodenticide, I did start using bucket traps. I hated it, but I didn’t want little poison bombs roaming the neighborhood for predators to ingest. Especially my dogs, who are murderers of small, fast, fuzzy things in the yard.
It’s not just the rats we have to be concerned about, but how people respond to their presence.
Wait until OP learns about “A Bug’s Life.”
A Bug’s Life doesn’t use bugs being killed by humans as a plot point. Hoppers, on the other hand, features a bug seeking revenge on humans
Most people don’t go around personally killing rodents, they just set traps.
That’s a form of killing them
