Hamas exists for two reasons: To give Netanyahu a boogey man to justify canceling elections. To say that Palestinians can’t go wrn themselves. It’s not just that they had Intel it was coming, today’s Israeli government is the only reason Hamas still exists or had the funds to carry it out. So you’re probably right, but it kind of doesn’t matter because it’s definitely 1,000x worse than that.
