If you’re only using them under your head you haven’t truly lived yet. Under the knees (or between the legs if you’re a side sleeper) will take pressure off your lower back. Then you need a cuddling pillow, and maybe a prop up to lean your back against pillow. And if you feel like one more you can also put one on top of your head to block out any light or noise.
I keep one on top of my lower legs too, but that’s an emotional support pillow because that’s where my cat used to sleep before she passed.
I sleep on my stomach. The only use for a pillow I have is keeping the feet of the little people living with me out of my face.
It is amazing how much the pain from a bulging disc in my neck reduced when I switched to one pillow.

All my pillows are Squishmallows now. If it existed, and I had money to buy it, I’d get a giant Snorlax one and use it as my entire bed.
They make extra large foam “bean” bag chairs that i think would be the same more or less. I had one back in college and slept in it constantly b/c it was far cozier than my bed.

Does it feel like memory foam? Cuz that’s what the stuffed toys feel like, even though it’s just some kind of pre compressed silk stuffing. Was actually quite surprised when my dog got one of the little ones I had and tore it up, cuz they really feel more solid than that.
The one i had back in college felt like memory foam. I got it 2nd hand at the time and know it was originally shipped in a box, but i dont recall the brand name :/
My bed is mostly squishmallow. I pay my mortgage, so there.
