Something tells me they’d have the same opinion any other wait staff seems to have: they prefer tipping because they can earn a lot of money for unskilled labour with tips. It’s the reason some people make a whole career being a server.

I hate that term. All labor is valuable.
Ah, yes, painting working class people - usually women - as being greedy because they want to “have a career” (a.k.a. earn a livable wage).
Servers don’t make too much, billionaires do. All jobs should pay enough that you could continue to do them your whole life.
