Don’t worry it’s all part of God’s plan /s
When the pope is spitting more facts than the news. What a time to be alive.
What’s more worrying is that nobody else is saying it.
Sure it’s a horrible regime but they’re not the only ones going to be suffering
The European Council president said it was unacceptable yesterday: https://www.politico.eu/article/eu-warn-donald-trump-illegal-bombing-iran-power-station-antonio-costa/
I am surprised a lot of people think that being a “horrible regime” justifies genocide. Is this train of thought human at all? Because the Iranians are not going around bombing civilians in other countries.
Uhhh…what? They absolutely are. Have you missed the whole Ukrainian war thing? Still nothing justifies genocide and this is all to placate a war hungry megalomaniac with pedophilic obsessions. But Iran has undeniably contributed heavily to Ukrainian civilian deaths via Shahed drone production.
If you’re really surprised, you haven’t been paying attention to the last several centuries of human history…
I think that there are a lot of ghouls out there trying to use moral relativism to justify mass murder. My answer to them is “We destroyed the nazis for a reason”
We destroyed the Nazis
Did we?
Careful with your words or Vance will kill you
Do I get to go to heaven yet? Will this do it? - Trump
Too bad the pope can’t enforce his will
If the Vatican had kept its nukes, maybe he could.
The Vatican had nukes?
Right next to their holy hand grenades, yes
They kept five… uh… THREE!
I would watch this movie
Somebody stole the Holy H-Bomb of Antioch. A team of Vatican operatives is dispatched to find it before the story hits the press. Reporters pull some threads and start taking rumors of the heist a little more seriously by the time the bomb is located. Action scene on a ship in bad weather, baddies get pulped, biblically-inspired one-liners add insult to fatal injury.
Because of details, the team has to heroically sacrifice itself to scuttle the ship (conveniently located over a deep trench or other feature to make recovery practically impossible). Cool explosion with what’s left in the effects budget.
Final scenes open on a Vatican spokesperson successfully convincing a bunch of reporters that there’s nothing to these crazy stories about the nuke being stolen and what a tragedy that accidental oil rig fire was. Behind closed doors, power-havers decide that the world can never know the truth and lay it on thick with a message about the power of faith.
Money please, Hollywood.
In other news, Pope Leo releases an official press release stating that he is, in fact, Catholic.
