japan also not doing well economically. how is this perceived by their local populace?

i sometimes go back to this ad when im feeling overwhelmed. its not from 90s and even though at the time this ad aired the world not really in a good place, my head space was. its just nostalgia to a time where i genuinely look at the world inmore positive light.
