The Trump administration is preparing to deport at least 150 Afghans over the next 48 hours, first to Pakistan and then to Taliban-controlled Afghanistan.
Many of those facing deportation are relatives of those who worked alongside the U.S., and they could face severe retaliation from the Taliban upon their return.
Another reminder that America are no longer the good guys and just another despotic country that can’t be trusted.
… no longer? Listen, I’m glad Trump is opening your eyes, but we’ve never been the good guys. “We did it, Patrick! We saved all of those countries from the burden of their own freely chosen governments and gave them ones that serves our interests instead! Yay!”
