Not to mention, eating too much pizza is bad for more reasons than just salt and/or sodium, lol. Regardless, that’s why you don’t give toddlers (or kids/people in general) pizza all day, every day. It’s a go-to kind of food when you’ve been solo parenting, are dead ass tired/in a rush, and don’t feel like cooking that night.
