    The worst part of thoughts like this is when you actually stop texting your friends and they don’t start texting you.

      Haha what if they do actually start texting you but it doesn’t convince you you’re not a burden and you keep that up for six years and then you text them out of the blue and they thought maybe you had died?

      We all do that right?

      I think it’s just easier to not have friends. To paraphrase IT Crowd, other people are a bunch of bastards.

        Help i’m both sides. Sometimes if there’s nothing else for me to say I don’t reply so I don’t bug them with a notification.

    I think we’re all just a little too tired from work, and living in this hellscape - who isn’t. Don’t feel like you owe someone your company. Don’t overthink it. It’s okay to let go sometimes. Some friends and friendships need a lot of space, and some even come back
