Something that helped me overcome is recognizing it’s an addiction and needs to be handled as one.
It’s not just weakness or brokenness it’s a ingrained survival instinct that got hot wired for something else.
But it’s able to be beat.
I just wish I hadn’t replaced it with constant worry about something else
