    Like surely, it has to be malice? I never had pork that i would mistake for beef…

      None if his customers had ever.knowingly eaten pork. Theynhad no chance of recognising the taste taste as specifically that of pork. And different parts of an animal taste different anyway.

      Furthermore, what he was sells was mincemeat. In foods where you use mincemeat there are plenty of spices and such that mask the meat’s taste.
