    It’s rather that the machines give generic errors with no useful info, requiring calling for service. And if the minimum wage workers don’t follow the instructions correctly for cleaning it will fail, but won’t give an error until the end of the process hours later.

    They’re not actually broken, it’s just a cleaning process that is easy to do wrong when you don’t care because you’re paid pennies.

      I’ve also heard it’s just a long process, so if they’re backed up with orders, “it’s broken” again. :p
