Which at full time works out to every 6 months. So $2/hr in raises a year. Next month I top out on the pay scale, after 4.5 years of employment. My wage will be $34.40/hr. At that point my raises do go down to $1/hr per year. In 2 years I start getting the long term employee payouts, which is $3,000 every 6 months. What the fuck are you talking about? Oh, and if need be I can back this all up with photos
