It still doesn’t rule it out admittedly, but yeah, I think it’s just a weird angle either way. I did some searching for “professor X finds someone in overturned car”, and “James McAvoy wheelchair behind the scenes” to try to find the shot, but I haven’t had any luck.
edit: the smile does seem a bit perfect. It could even be a normal shot where someone just edited the expression. AI investigating is starting to feel like a losing battle.
Unless he has some sort of prosthetics where the wrong hand ended up on the wrong arm.
