Indeed. It does appear that the tide of public attitudes is slowly beginning to turn on it, and Marseille is kinda leading the charge on it. From what I heard, a bunch of people in France smoke, but when I was there last month, we didn’t find anything, even in Paris.

Kinda everyone smokes in France, it’s just not legal so people are not open about it.
