I’m telling you I like to compete and by every metric I’m probably both healthier and more capable than you as a result. I’m glad you’re working on it, but the difference between us is not “patriarchy” no matter how you shoehorn it, it is more likely not being in good shape and trying to catch up. I like attention as a motivator sure, but success and improvement are their own rewards. People can just be just more motivated than you. Bodybuilding and powerlifting are both things people enjoy for their own sake.
Society isn’t the thing keeping you down, it’s the law of averages. Most people suck. At everything. All the time. Welcome.
I’mI have no idea what your point even is. It seems totally defeatist.
I enjoy working out so I tried strongman for 5 years and won the yearly competition at my university (though I did tear a disc which will follow me around). Then I decided to go for looks so I did bodybuilding and won a physique tournament too. Then I did powerlifting which is much more competitive and was engaging for its own sake, but it’s not something you just win and quit.
In the course of all that I got two black belts, a PhD, and ballroom danced at championship level where I met my wife and got on TV 3 times because it’s cool to be good at things.
By all means love yourself, but it sounds like your self investment is minimal at best. Like you can’t do any better so now you can walk three miles? Fucking bravo.
I am invested in myself because there are things to achieve and I know I can do them, so I do. If you’re content to be mediocre, do that. It’s not patriarchy it’s settling for less, and that’s your fault.
Edit: “Just love yourself” doesn’t mean settle and give up; nobody has to be content with that. That also is not the patriarchy oppressing you, it’s more like being a weak piece of shit.

Ok. Keep fighting for perceived value.
Some day, you’ll learn to love yourself, for no reason than just to love yourself.
Btw, I just finished recovering a dump truck with a come along today, and chopped about 3 weeks worth of wood. Ill do similar tomorrow.
Im betting your fitness training for attention has you in better shape than I.
Maybe someday you’ll wake up. Until then? Cheers!

The moment someone resorts to insults is the moment you know they’ve lost the argument. 👆
The moment one party resorted to sealioning, the argument was over. 🤷
Or maybe that’s also the Occam’s razor of patriarchy.
