To be honest I think the G8, (pretty sure it was 8 at the time?) was just as bad if not worse just a much shorter period. But you’re right the stupid city has been installing extra security and police presence all year and it feels really uncomfortable all the time. The sniper thing was one of those stupid ‘anti terrorist’ things they rolled through a few months ago. It sucks fuck fifa and fuck Ford too.
