That’s not a huge part of the general population. 99.999999% of men are probably pretty safe to walk around outside alone and not get bothered or noticed at all.

Similar to sexual assault that targets women, the victim and perpetrator almost always know each other. But yeah, while many men have been harassed at some point, very few have been violently robbed, beaten or murdered.
