I think a lot about the time I saw two cops park in a fire lane in order to go to a Dunkin donuts. Was like watching a political cartoon in real life.
It’s parked in front of what I think is a fire hydrant, so I’d say it’s pretty accurate
and the licence plate should have a number scuffed off or have mud on it
