There is a book called “Zebras don’t get ulcers” by Robert Sapolsky, which deals with this exact subject. Constant stress doesn’t exist in nature, not even in prey species. And it is making us deeply sick.
Brb. Worrying about worrying
Well, I am worrying about worrying about worrying.
Been running on constant stress for like ten years now. I think my brain is permanently fucked
That’s cause Zebras don’t have concept of ‘being a disappointment’.
Idk, they are notoriously mean to each other. That might be one of the few things they get, but it’s probably a lot less omnipresent.
What a great way of expressing a terrible experience.

More of an opportunity for some quality exercise if you think about it
That’s what therapy is for. If you can’t afford, ask friends or family to help you. Not necessarily with money, just with the situation you’re in.
The problem is my job, and my country going Fascist, not lack of therapy.
Sometimes stress and anxiety is appropriate.
