It’s funny these people seem a lot more upset at you than at people who actually voted for trump. It’s like the democratic party personified, “don’t blame us, blame the voters”


That’s exactly why a lot of people here don’t vote, we are disillusioned by the two party system. When your vote is either to send more money to Israel (D) or send more money to Israel ® you really don’t have an option.


Here’s the thing, this genocide is ongoing and happening right fucking now so bitching about comparisons is irrelevant.
I recommend it! Thai people are super direct about things and not very sensitive so it might be a little weird at first. For example, a Thai person will call their friend fat to their face if they’re overweight in friendly banter and it’s acceptable because that person is actually fat and they know it and laugh along with their friend. It’s why the term “lady boy” isn’t a perjorative there. For Thai people it’s just someone who is trans and hasn’t had any operations. They call themselves that loudly and proudly and if you don’t like it then fuck you is basically the give. I love it and they were some of the most fun people I’ve met.
