Ain’t nobody got time for that.

Sometimes something sticks out, like a Chekhov’s gun, and you’re just waiting for it to make it’s way back into the story. Not all of the small details, obviously. But you can pick up some things on a single read through that you expect to come back into play… even if you have a horrible memory.

The water wetting itself was just a minor distraction, but that dehydrated (sorry, non-wet) water is going to keep me busy for a while trying to remember something I’ve definitely forgotten.

I’m like… that’s right, Israel didn’t just start their shit in 2023, they’ve been attacking Palestinians and assassinating Israelis who wanted anything else my whole life… but then I kept reading.

They tried that one time and just found fishermen. Doubt they’ll try that again now that they’ve figured out how not to be proven wrong.

Obviously the women don’t matter, no one cares about women. Duh. People have to fucking engineer a comment to make it seem like they do as a cover for literally anything else, as everything else is more important than women. Obviously. It’s so obvious that you clearly have no obligation to engage with the actual content of the post under discussion here, as it’s about women and therefore not even worth mentioning. Unless you’re trying to engineer some criticism, obviously.

Have you SEEN some of the decisions made by managers and CEOs? Just because your job was actually important doesn’t mean the people who are eliminating it appreciated or were even aware of that fact.
