No, but I think you can figure out why the comparison doesn’t work by yourself

I’m not saying Apple sells spares, I’m saying 5 years is not enough time to even need them (if you’re careful with your phone). The whole idea of a repairable phone for me is that I can repair it 10 years after the fact, at least. Otherwise - I just don’t see the value, if I’ll have to buy a new phone anyway.

So, we consider 5 years an “insane” amount of time now? My iPhone 13 mini is that old and it’s not even end of life yet.

They do still need to sell stuff. To do that you have to go where the people are.
