what I said is true. nothing more need be said
speciesism is necessary. racism is bad.
your accusation of bad faith is, itself, bad faith.
The animals we create ARE morally equivalent to our own children and are owed EXACTLY THE SAME unconditional love and protection.
no, they’re not.
I actually think you are probably a child the way you comment
if a child says something taht is true, their age doesn’t change the truth.
you are spamming me. This makes it really hard to communicate with you.
i am breaking up your gish-gallop of a reply into its specific parts and showing why you’re wrong.
you have a reading comprehension problem. if you just read what i’ve written, you’ll see i’m not saying the same things you are saying i’ve written.
this is just rhetoric, now. you’re complaining about my form, and following up with an ad hominem.
what i’ve said is true.
But in general worth, you would probably also be angry if millions of stranger humans would be slaughtered, right? You are probably against Genocide, right? Even tho you don’t know these humans.
none of this has to do with “worth”. i can be opposed to genocide and mass slaughter without trying to quantify the value of people.
Some humans even do the same with their own kind and say that women have less worth or that someone with another skin color has less worth. I hope you agree with me that a white person has no right to decide if someone else has more or less worth than them. So why does a human have this right over other animals? What gave humans this right?
i don’t believe in rights, at all. they’re a european fiction.
What gives you the right to say that you’re better than a pig, a cat, or any other animal?
i didn’t
How can you say that only humans have worth but other animals do not?
i didn’t
you could be honest enough to stop using a fallacious line if reasoning.
Every living being has the same worth.
if this were true then harvesting grain or chopping down a tree or using hand sanitizer would be murder.
All Animals have a Worth
value is subjective. this is not an objective fact.
no one says they’re killing pigs for “taste pleasure”. most are simply killed for profit, and some are killedfor food.
ah, the old “name the trait” line of argument. lets just skip to the end here: the ntt argument is just an elaborate line-drawing fallacy (also called a spectrum fallacy). the inability to identify the single trait, or sum of traits, which distinguish one end of the spectrum from the other does not mean that each end of the spectrum is the same. pigs are not people. qed

wrong on every account. (well, maybe not about pigs intelligence)
