1 month agoI fixed both upper and lower GI problems by changing my diet to get at least forty grams of fiber a day. It’s crazy how much difference it made. Lentils, edamame, other beans, steamed or sauteed veggies, whole grains. If you want convenience foods then keto or carb smart.
There are already lawsuits filed for refunds of tariff payments. Of course the money will go to the companies that made the payments. All of us who actually paid them by paying more for basically every consumer good are out of luck.
