The US is capable of enforcing sanctions that weaken Russia’s genocide in Ukraine. So they will. That isn’t policing or stealing. It is enforcing sanctions that were created to weaken the genocide in Ukraine.

USA can put all the sanctions they want. They can not attack Venezuelan ships or blockade them as that is illegal as per international laws. Doing that is an attack on their national integrity, and thus a war declaration.
