This dog knows before anyone else when food has been dropped;
is always first on the scene;
and he’s generally got whatever it is half-way in his mouth before I say he can have it.
… i think i’ll get him a yellow flashing light for his collar next birthday.
Anytime anyone makes food at the kitchen counter, Arlo comes over to wait for crumbs. He looks at us, looks at the floor, looks back at us. “Drop something.”
“Oops. I ‘accidentally’ dropped some shredded cheese.”
