Google translate—> DeepL. Uber —> Bolt. Windows —> Linux (although still mostly using windows b/c company laptop). Google maps —> Mapy, although still sometimes using google for street view. Edge, Chrome —> Vivaldi, Ecosia. Google search —> Ecosia. ChatGPT —> LeChat (Mistral), although still sometimes use ChatGPT. WhatsApp —> Signal (open source, although still American) and Threema.
Gmail —> ProtonMail.
