There are multiple prepaid mastercards available that you could pay for in cash. Currency cards for travelling that can be used online.

Look into Revolut’s virtual disposable cards - they generate new card details for each transaction and auto-destruct after use, making them great for privacy (just remember you’ll still need to verify identity when setting up the acount).
