If they could draw or make music, they wouldn’t need a robot to do it, and they clearly want to but don’t have the skills.

I never thought of it in those terms but I can see that being a possibility.
Isn’t it? It’s not so uncommon for me to see a post that I had evidently downvoted without noticing.
