It’s open to all and embraces lots of cultural traditions with out singling any one out as right or any diety or dogma as correct. The first Sunday I went the music director was playing a MUSE song on the piano before things got started, for pride we just had an open mic day then a potluck then we went and marched in the Seattle pride parade, we have atheist, agnostics, pagans, Catholics, all flavors of Christian’s, Buddhists, Taoists… that’s all at my church not just in an abstract sense of who attends. Our leader is a doctor of social work, an immigrant, a Catholic and a queer woman. She often references everything from nature to spirit to the mother to god, to simply just knowing we are innately holy even if that’s all there is to it, the pulpit often has diffent little flags on it to fit certain themes but when there is no theme the default flag is a trans flag that says trans rights are human rights. As a person who spent most of my life as a border line militant atheist but softened up a little bit after a NDE it’s a great fit for me personally, if you want to check it out via zoom PM me and I can give you a link, they broadcast it every week. Last week we did blessing of the animals and the little flyer they give out for the schedule had a stained glass imagine of Saint Jimothy, he’s a local celebrity so it was cute not cringe, and I brought my dog to be “blessed” which was just the reverend saying his name laying her hands on his head and thanking him for being such a good friend 🥲
