One day at work I literally had the thought that I should make another cup of coffee to calm my nerves before a presentation. Then I thought about how dumb that is, and did it anyways.
I feel like you could have a pretty good advertising campaign bringing back Joe Camel and having him sell coffee and you’d barely have to change anything at all.
At my work, I frequently have to get on an order picker and go like 16’ in the air to get down shower pieces, and if I’ve had a bunch of caffeine it makes me far more anxious about the whole thing. I love caffeine as much as the next guy but it is really bad for anxiety.

Did it work? Asking for a friend.
It, in fact, did not calm my nerves. I got through it though!
I was in bad shape either way, at least I got that smooth robust flavor.
9/10 would do again.
‘Smooth Robust Flavor’.

Glad you did!
Yesterday, i pressed the wrong buttons and ended up with a latte without coffee. So i decided to add a double espresso, instead of “boring” coffee.
I definitely got the other, rather hard, robust flavor and my senses only stopped tingling after i had drunk at least a bottle of water afterwards.
Sounds like your work doesn’t provide shitty coffee. Lucky.
Caffeine addiction is so normalized that we seldom think in the moment about if caffeine makes our anxiety worse - we just want to not be so tired
