Experts say such mistreatment of people accused of common crimes is frequent in Iran, but the footage provides rare visual evidence of what they describe as a recurring practice within the police force.
If you let the police behave as if they are the courts and don’t prosecute them for crimes then this is how they will behave. It’s been proven time and again.

no, kernels of truth is not required for a joke. I am not aware of Iranian propaganda. I was pointing out the irony that ICE uses guns to suppress protest, where Iran just violates people and jail them. In both scenarios lives are lost. You would benefit from calming down and asking questions instead of jumping to conclusions.
It was sarcasm, but I wasn’t aware of the deaths caused by the Iranian. Regardless, people with authority over others should not be abusing their powers.

They massacred tens of thousands of protesters in December and January. They blacked out the internet to try and cover it up, but the information is slowly coming out.
