Does this mean non-payers have to wait longer? Someone gets bumped when another person pays to cut in line.
And what if everyone pays? The amounts described are small, but is it scales like they say what’s there to control how high it goes?
Nothing is a priority when everything is labeled as priority.
For example let’s take highways in Texas. In many cases you have 3 sets which all go to the same place and typically you can see the other ones. The first is the free but you have stop lights at intersections, more traffic, lower speed limits(30-45mph). Next up is the toll way, small fee, no stops(on/off ramps for the first road for intersections), higher speed limit (typically 60 mph). Finally there’s express roads, high fees, less traffic and higher speeds(70 mph typically). The second and third set have fees based on total traffic, oh this will save you 20 minutes the price is 15 dollars now. It’s kinda a rip off because if you’re not careful it can be very expensive, but it could also be nice if you got stuck at work but really need to get home for your anniversary dinner… 20 dollars is worth not being late.
No, the people who pay wait longer. It’s a punishment for thinking you’re better than everyone else. They keep the money, too.
Time for a boycott.
Some are more equal than others it seems.
