I love this picture, because nobody is wasting time wringing their hands about the impropriety, they’re all just doing what they see as needing to be done. Whether it’s the guy speaking, the one handing him notes, the people yelling at him or trying to physically stop him from speaking, or the people defending him with their bodies and physically holding back the ones trying to stop him.
The sense of duty is on full display from all sides in this image, and everyone is doing it with a sense of decorum too. A breach of procedure for sure, but who can say anyone in this photo doesn’t look in total possession of themselves?
