I’ve got 168 hrs of PTO and another 40 hrs sick leave.
A lot of that is from seniority (I’ve been at the company 10 years and was hired as a 5 year due to prior experience). But 40 hrs is on the low end of what you should expect, overall. Unless you’re an entry level hire, you should expect more.
