      Look up the TOR project tutorials, they have quite a bit on setting up a .onion site, which is the easiest way to go as it will load pretty simply once you’re on the network.

      There are other things like the LoRa systems with their own hosting projects to maintain sites on a distributed network, Freenet has stuff that is coming along nicely as well, though it seems they’re still in beta but are functional already.

      The fact that we all traded privacy for “safety” ended up as it always does. You lose the rightrs, and don’t get the benefits. We have Facebook hosting scams in their official ads because they get a cut of the profits and that’s somehow better than the scams you used to get back in the 80s and 90s. I trust a bunch of Russian hackers and pirates running Telegram bot networks a fuck of a lot more than I do corporations or governments.
