First and foremost, I would get all those in charge tried for war crimes.

I would demand that they rebuild Gaza - which Israel are planning on doing anyway - but for Palestinians.
Remove any funding that they get, any and every weapons that they receive or have received should be stopped and revoked (whatever is left of them).
Order them to pay compensation to all of those in Gaza and the West Bank to let them somehow try to rebuild their lives (whatever is left of them).
Remove all ‘settlers’ out of Gaza and the West Bank.
Remove dual citizenship from every Israeli citizen that has it.
Either one or the other, if that is non-negotiable, remove their non-Israeli citizenship.
Continue that temporarily for 50 years at least.
The Israeli groups that are lobbying the world over, are a huge part of the problem.
That would just be for starters, and that is off the top of my head.

I can’t imagine there’s a court in the world apart from a Trump orchestrated one, that will agree to that.
The backlash alone would be deafening.
