TLDR: it’s a spec bump for the processor and RAM. One question I personally had is does that mean the motherboard is backward compatible with the og FP6?
Based on TheMightyCat’s answer in another post (“I have just received word from Luca [PostMarketOS Dev] that the image is compatible with the 6+”), I would guess that the motherboards are compatible.
It sounds like software wise they are. Looking at pictures it also looks like the same main board so it seems like it might just be

How long ago did you have it? I still have it, ans The camera was absolute trash out of the box, but they improved the firmware at a later point. Now it’s… “Fine I guess”.
Won’t impress anybody, it just… Gets the job done.
I had it 2 year ago or so (still have it tbf) and i installed gcam to double check that it wasn’t just the software. it’s just really really bad. with gcam or other camera apps, instead of being really bad, it became just bad AND slow
