I can tell you with no uncertainty that only two or three people in my entire workplace of a few hundred people are even remotely plugged in. Hell even the union reps are asleep at the wheel. They’re too busy trying to take care of their kids or pay their rent.
Yes. I actively engage the people I work with to figure out who is and isn’t safe to talk to about this sort of thing and to try to get more of them involved in the community.
