That was in 2024 I don’t think anything changed. They just import it from any BRICS country.

Not sure what this is meant to be about. Nvidia isn’t selling these chips directly to them, are they?
Highly doubt it. They still care about ethics a little bit.
I’m surprised the chip wasn’t sold on the black market before the missile was assembled.
Yeah this seems like a rare failure of Russian kleptologistics.
