When you superglue two surfaces together, optionally brush them with some sandpaper first, then apply the glue, then exhale on the glue before trying to stick the two surfaces together. The moisture in your breath helps the adhesive set up faster, and the roughened surfaces from the sandpaper will add surface area to create a stronger bond.

Yeah you can use baking soda but literally the cost of the activator spray is so much cheaper and you’re not getting powder all over your work surface your items you’re trying to work with etc. It’s literally just a spray activator that I’m pretty sure is like 5-day dollars for a can and that can is lasted me for the past 8 months.
I figured most people have easy access to baking soda but this activator spray sounds great. Does it have a more specific name than cyanoacrylate activator spray?

You can also just get some activator that makes super glue stick almost instantly.

That’s the general name. Most brand say super glue activator. The one I use is mitreapel.
