Loyalty definitely involves a systematic bias, and it might also involve justice to a varying degree. Being just and fair doesn’t necessarily mean giving equal treatment to everyone.
For example, children don’t get the same amount of food on their plate as adults do. Is the chef being loyal the adults of the household, are the children being oppressed? There’s definitely bias, but I don’t think there’s any injustice In this example.
