basically what the title says. when you’re “loyal” to somebody, that means you’ll take their side, even when they’re wrong, and that’s unfair towards the rest of the world.

Would that narrow a definition make “blind loyalty” a redundant phrase? I agree on the biased part, but not all bias is unethical.
