    She definitely agrees with him politically, and likely is trying to claim she’s a good one herself right now at this very moment.

      What makes you think that? She arrived just a few years ago and doesn’t have legal status at the moment. She was probably looking for someone who would be able to get her the ability to stay in the US. I’m not saying it’s great, but if her life was in danger in her home country and this guy was giving her an out I don’t know if I could hold it against her.

        The immigrant to old conservative pipeline is not a new, unique, or unknown thing.

        I lived in area where this practice is everywhere. Marriage is also an immigration loophole.

        Unfortunately this is a really common thing and you don’t do something like marriage for immigration status without knowing the risks
