    They’re being charged in the UK. All Trump can do is refuse to extradite; but that just means they’re bared from the UK and anywhere else that has an extradition treaty with the UK.

      I’d be very surprised to learn that the US doesn’t have an extradition treaty with the UK. Given present circumstances, not sure if matters.

        The US does have an extradition treaty with the UK but they also refuse to adhere to it. Remember that lady that ran a kid over in the UK and then escaped to the US? They refused to send her over to stand trial for her crimes.

          She was a diplomat’s wife and possibly also an agent for one of the three-letter agencies. It was still unjust, but covered by different treaties.

            It should. Various world governments have been giving us far too much leeway, however.
