Therefore, to ensure we have none of our people enjoying life to much, we need to set up an entire parallel law enforcement system for our people to certainly not micromanage them, but also not let you do it in your own county.”

And every country uses their embassy as a spy station. It’s not exclusive to the US and the CIA.
