The deal included provisions that would have allowed U.S. entities access to Ghana’s sensitive health data without necessary safeguards, according to Arnold Kavaarpuo, executive director of Ghana’s Data Protection Commission.

13th in obesity rate and 9th in per capita healthcare costs, but why let the truth get in the way of a popular comment right?

Now become diabetic and go pay $700+ for insulin that cost $3 everywhere else. Don’t protect America, hell I’m American and we’re a disgrace. We care about profits over health and well being.

Truth of what? I have never seen anything put health care spending per capita higher than in the us. I need a reference on where you are getting 9th. In addition the only countries I have seen in articles around obesity are like small island populations and even then there were never a dozen over us.

I think ay one point, possibly still, Mexicos obesity rate was higher than the usa. However, I agree, this is a bad faith comment.
