Had a Sony Ericsson (early Xperia) where the micro-usb would plug into one side and headphones into the other (left and right side, that is). Pretty comfy to use with both a charger and headphones at the same time.
Every single phone after that has been charger at bottom and headphone jack at top or not at all. Massive downgrade IMO.
